Peter Enzminger is the Assistant Director of Development at Excelerate Housing Group, where he oversees affordable housing development throughout California. He brings almost ten years of experience in affordable housing development and finance. Mr. Enzminger’s prior experience includes positions in nonprofit housing development, financial consulting, and neighborhood revitalization during the recession. He has overseen all phases of affordable housing production and is responsible for the development of over 300 units of housing targeted to the most vulnerable individuals in Los Angeles. Mr. Enzminger has expertise in complex financial transactions including multiple sources of federal and local rental subsidy, city, state, and federal housing programs, and state and federal low income housing tax credits. Mr. Enzminger is a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of Southern California Sol Price School of Public Policy, where he teaches graduate-level curricula on affordable housing development, policy, and history. He holds a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Southern California, and a BA in English Literature from Pomona College.
